Description
HOTSTART in-block engine heater, part CNT-151B-90, CNT-152B-90. Installs directly into a core (freeze) plug, threaded plug or plate opening in the engine block to heat the coolant for faster cold starts, reduced engine wear and lower start-up emissions. Supplied complete with a 2-wire w/ground 6 ft (1.8 m) HPN cord and plug.

Engine applications: Cummins Group II – external oil cooler, 1-1/2″ rubber hose connection (engines produced Aug. 1975 thru June 1982).
Installation / fitment: 6 bolt, flat plate design with an elbow that will rotate 360 degrees to connect with any hose or casting. When a 4 bolt flat plate element design is encountered, remove the next two bolts, remove the whole casting, and replace with CNT-151B or CNT-151B-90/CNT-152B-90.
