At Ozwide Power we back our pricing with confidence. If you find a lower advertised price on the same, in-stock product from another Australian retailer, let us know before you buy and we’ll do our best to beat it. It’s our way of making sure you get the right equipment at the right price, with the expert advice and after-sales support you won’t get from a faceless marketplace.

How It Works

1. Find the same product — identical brand, model and specification, brand new — advertised at a lower price by an Australian-based retailer.
2. Get in touch before you place your order. Send us a link to the advertised price, or a copy of the ad, by calling 08 6385 1104 or using our Contact page.
3. We’ll verify the price and availability. If the claim meets the conditions below, we’ll come back to you with a price that beats it.

What Qualifies

To keep things fair for everyone, a price beat request needs to meet all of the following:

• The item is identical — same brand, model and specifications, brand new and boxed.
• The item is in stock and available for immediate delivery from both the competitor and Ozwide Power.
• The competitor is an Australian-registered business with a genuine, publicly advertised price we can verify (website or catalogue).
• The comparison is like-for-like, including any freight or delivery charges, so we’re comparing the full delivered price.
• The request is made before you complete your purchase with us.

What’s Not Included

Our Price Beat Guarantee doesn’t apply to:

• Clearance, ex-demo, refurbished, seconds, display or damaged stock
• Online auction sites and marketplaces (for example eBay, Amazon, Catch, Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree)
• Trade, wholesale, bulk, commercial-account, member, club or VIP pricing
• Verbal or written quotes that are not publicly advertised
• Obvious pricing errors, one-day flash sales, and short-term clearance specials
• Bonus, bundle or promotional pack offers, and any price below our own cost

Every request is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Ozwide Power reserves the right to verify any advertised price and stock availability, and to decline a request where it doesn’t meet the conditions above or isn’t commercially viable. This guarantee is offered at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — our Price Beat Guarantee is offered in addition to those rights.
